Understanding each other’s content within an organisation is becoming increasingly complex.
Information technology, globalisation, specialisation with its thousands of options have undoubtedly led to a Babel of languages, a multiplication of communication channels, and the predominance of stereotypes.
In short: communicating correctly is becoming increasingly difficult.
Between people who communicate, there is an increasingly complex dance of relationships, in which multiple meanings are conveyed through multiple channels.
For this reason, it is increasingly important to know how to successfully manage relationships, communication and above all listening, which is the source of both.
Communication is Listening is Izidoo’s proposal to live this dance as protagonists: a workshop in which solid theoretical foundations and strong and involving practical experiences make the communication and listening dynamics live at first hand, making each participant aware of the different dimensions of communication and of the behaviours that allow to master them.
So much so that, at the end of the course, each participant will really be better able to communicate effectively with others and not just talk to them.
